On an ocean world, Everyone must play fair,even enemies. You and your opponent compete for control of the four flotillas, the last remnant of old Earth. Strike deals, build stable ground, and clean the ocean. Then, you will truly rule Seastead!

With the last of humanity in the balance, sabotaging your rival outright would be too risky! So in Seastead, many of your actions will also help your opponent; just make sure you don't help them too much.

Every turn, you either dive to gain resources or build a building from your player mat with your resources. Whenever you dive, you get a card with two different resource collections from which to choose, with the resources you don't pick going to your opponent! When you build a building, add it to one of the four central flotilla tiles, opening up abilities and bonuses— just make sure to use them before your opponent can!

Seastead comes with double-sided flotilla tiles, a variety of specialist cards, and multiple building paths to create endless strategies to explore!
