What countries do you ship to?
Currently, Board Game Bandit ships orders to provinces and territories within Canada. Shipping to other international destinations is not offered.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes across Canada. In the event there are any issues with shipping you order to a PO Box, our Customer Experience team will reach out via email prior to your shipment being sent. Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes in the United States.
Do you offer Free Shipping? How does your Free Shipping promotion work?
Free Shipping thresholds vary by province, territory, and country. Orders whose subtotal is greater than the defined threshold prior to taxes and shipping charges, excluding any preorder items and after any promotional discounts are eligible for free Standard Shipping across Canada. If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will automatically be applied to your order and appear as a selectable shipping method during checkout. Expedited Shipping methods are not eligible for the free shipping promotion.
Preorder items that are ordered at the same time as in-stock items do not contribute to the free shipping threshold, as these items will ship separately when they arrive at our store. However, if more than the threshold value of preorder items are ordered, all preorder items would qualify for the Free Shipping discount.
How much will shipping cost?
If your order is not eligible for the Free Shipping promotion, the cost of shipping varies based upon the method selected during checkout. All Standard Shipping orders are $10.99 to addresses within Ontario & Quebec, $19.99 to addresses within PEI, NL, YT, NWT and NU, and $15.99 to all other provinces & territories. Additional shipping options have different charges based upon the shipping destination:

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the ‘Cart & Checkout’ page where you will be shown a shipping and tax estimate.
Please note: In certain unusual cases, with oversized orders, remote locations or special circumstances, additional shipping charges may be required. In these cases you will be contacted to arrange payment. If you wish to cancel your order at this time a full refund will be offered.
What shipping methods are available?
Board Game Bandit offers two shipping methods in Canada, REGULAR and EXPEDITED, to all Provinces and Territories. Board Game Bandit cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date given the reliance on our carrier partners and their networks.
REGULAR shipping orders leave our store 2-3 business days after an order is received. EXPEDITED shipping orders leave our store 1-2 business days after an order is received.
Where does my order ship from?
All Board Game Bandit orders are shipped from our store location in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
Is it possible to pick up my order?
Yes. Curbside pickup by appointment is available at our location in Mississauga, Ontario. If you want to pickup your order, please select the Curbside Pickup option during checkout. After your order has been confirmed you will receive an email with a link to schedule a day & time to pickup your order. In most cases, orders can be picked up 1 business day after they have been placed. A copy of your order and photo identification will be needed upon pickup.
How long will you hold my pickup order for?
Orders will be held for up to 3 months from the purchase date. If we have not received a request a pickup schedule request within 90 days of purchase, you will be contacted by our team to arrange for pickup or cancellation. Orders cancelled that have been held for more than 30 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee upon cancellation.
Additional orders placed do not extend the 90 day shipping window on original orders. For example, if Order A is placed on January 1, it must ship no later than March 1. If Order B is placed February 1, this does not extend the window on shipping Order A beyond March 1.
Can I ship my order to multiple addresses?
No, we currently do not offer the option of shipping items within the same order to multiple addresses. All orders must ship to a single address. If you require shipment to multiple destinations you must place a unique order for each shipping destination.
