This is a small expansion for Magic Maze that increases the social aspects of the game. Each player is given a role, that may make them a traitor, or it may give them a special mission or a special rule to follow.

If the traitor gets called out during the game, someone else gets to take their action and take charge of it, so they'll need to be clever in order to keep the clock running and let the team fail.

Hidden Roles also has challenge cards that players might get before or during play: visit this location, claim that object.
